This outdoor sculpture was created in High Park using fallen foliage and leaves. The vibrant red leaves reminded me of strawberries, especially with the ‘cross-hatching’ effect of the sticks layered over the fallen tree. This shelter is designed to symbolize safety and foster a sense of community and acceptance. Inside, a feast is nestled, representing nourishment and connection.
